Whitestone Design Group is phenomenal. My wife and I will only use Whitestone from this point forward! After building our home, we worked with numerous designers in hopes of creating a space that represents us. After interviewing different design firms and seeing their work, we met the team at Whitestone were impressed by their ability to understand our needs, and translate that designs that reflected our family and things that were important to us. They took time to get to know us, our style and also challenged us to ‘push it’ a bit outside of our typical comfort level so we could get the space that we deserve. I remember in one design session sharing that “We are not window treatment people.” Whitestone noted our position, and skillfully revisited this at a later session by asking us to trust them and just give it chance. They felt as though we would love it and gently suggested a design that they felt we would love. It wasn’t too extreme of a leap and we went for it … when the room came together, Whitestone was 100% right … we did LOVE IT!
We then trusted the team at Whitestone we asked for them to help my mother design her space as well. The team at Whitestone took my mother, who was recently widowed and retired, through a similar journey. After my father passing, my mother wanted to create a place where he would be honored, but also reflected her. End result? My mother could not be happier … Whitestone did it again!
My wife and I have five young children and where my mother is at in her life could not be more different … but Whitestone understood our unique needs and style created something that was perfect for both.
